that meet the following membership requirements

• Have been in business at least two years

• Gross sales exceed at least $1 million

• ARC appointed or non ARC seller of travel with a retail location and a $20,000 bond or letter of credit

• Pass an on-site inspection by a member of WESTA's staff

• Approved for membership by the WESTA Board of Directors
